What makes it special

This large, buzzy place is supposed to be a casual neighbourhood restaurant but because Manish Mehrotra is in charge of the food, it has become one of the best restaurants in Gurgaon. The food is more traditional than at Indian Accent, Mehrotra’s other restaurant, and draws on local favourites, simply rendered. But it has already managed to push such dishes as its dark and spicy Champaran Mutton into the mainstream and much of the menu is now imitated by rival establishments.
