What makes it special

The brainchild of Zorawar Kalra after finding inspiration from a memorable dinner at El Bulli, Masala Library introduced Mumbai to modern Indian cuisine over a decade ago. The early menus were more molecular in character but the restaurant has now settled down and is much less dependent on technology. The food continues to inspire and innovate and the restaurant is packed out night after night.
