What makes it special

The Retreat is the second famous Bhopal run by the Jehan Numa group. This restaurant preserved the group’s traditions of serving distinctively royal Bhopali cuisine but is inspired by the feasts that accompanied hunting parties.

Signature dishes include Bhopali Jungli Gosht Korma, with firewood-cooked meat, and Gosht Makhane Ka Korma, a delicate mutton and lotus seed curry,. The Chapli Kebabs, cooked over charcoal a particular highlight.The vegetarian selection is just as impressive, with Nadru Ke Kofte (lotus stem dumplings in a rich gravy) standing out.
