What makes it special

While the name may seem slightly awkward, it’s rooted in historical justification. Essentially, the restaurant represents Vineet Bhatia, one of the world’s best-known Indian chefs, taking on the food of Delhi. You will find the obvious dishes like chaat and Butter Chicken but this is a nuanced, layered menu that reflects the flavours of contemporary Delhi all the way from Jamma Masjid to CR Park.
