What makes it special

Many people have tried to marry Indian flavours with Western dishes and European presentation. But nobody has managed to combine Indian dishes and Japanese flavours (and vice versa) so successfully. Inja started out as an experiment and, as the crowds have begun to gather, the chef has gained in confidence and what once seemed like an overly ambitious idea has found its own niche.
