What makes it special

The restaurant is a labor of love for Aditi Dugar, one of Mumbai’s leading caterers. With Masque, she aimed to create a world-class restaurant that would attract global food writers and chefs, a goal she has more than achieved. In the early years, Masque served modern, Noma-influenced food, but under the guidance of its new chef, Varun Totlani, it has evolved. While the menu undergoes constant changes, it continues to offer innovative and joyful culinary experiences.
