An Izakaya-style Japanese restaurant tucked away in a Khar by-lane, Mizu daringly departs from serving not only crowd-pleasing dishes like sushi rolls and ramen but also introduces diners to various facets of Japanese cuisine through evolving menus. Inspired by Chef Lakhan Jethani’s travels and training in Japan, Mizu employs traditional techniques to cook dishes such as Mentaiko Grilled Scallops and Chawanmushi to a high standard, using ingredients sourced directly from Japan.
