What makes it special

As the brainchild of the late Chef Floyd Cardoz, O Pedro stands as his second culinary creation in Mumbai. Hailing from Goa, Floyd, alongside Chef Hussain Shahzad, chose a playful approach to do fun riffs on Goan dishes that captured not only their flavours, but also the happy, cheerful spirit of Goa. Since Floyd’s passing, Shahzad has admirably upheld the restaurant’s standards, guiding O Pedro to new heights beyond Floyd’s original vision.
