What makes it special

If your instinct is to avoid hotel restaurants in Amritsar, you are right. But this casual all-day restaurant at the Raja Sansi Welcomhotel is the exception. Though Navneet Singh the gifted chef who launched it has moved on, the old favourites are still on the menu and the kitchen team is top notch. It has the best kulchas of any hotel in India, on par with Amritsar’s legendary places.
