What makes it special

When Zorawar Kalra opened Swan, the idea was to create a cocktail-friendly space where the food was so good that even non-drinkers would visit for lunch and perhaps enjoy the beautiful terrace. Or they would come for the dinner action and fill themselves with Japanese-influenced snacks.

The concept has since evolved, refining the menu into a more serious culinary experience, where Japanese influences are now carefully woven into a Peruvian-Nikkei universe. Even if you’re not into the bar scene, Swan is worth a visit for a relaxed lunch—enjoy the outdoor space, a delicate white wine, and the high-quality food.
