Madhav began working in professional kitchens at just 14. Today, as head chef of Miguel’s in Goa, he brings depth and polish from his time at Gaggan in Bangkok — all while creating standout dishes from one of the smallest open kitchens in the country. He is now one of India’s most promising young chefs.
