Aketoli Zhimomi runs Ethnic Table, a cozy 20-seat restaurant and catering service in Dimapur that serves contemporary Naga cuisine. In 2013, She won the first edition of Naga Chef, a regional cooking competition supported by the Government and used the winning cash prize to start her restaurant. Her mission is to champion indigenous ingredients and popularize the cuisines of the North East and she has even collaborated the with ITC Hotel in Kolkata on their menus and works hard to show the world the range and strength of Naga food.
