Auroni Mookerjee is a chef by accident. A former journalist who has always been interested in food. Over the last decade he has transformed that interest into a career working as a chef at restaurants in Kolkata and Delhi before settling down at the highly regarded Sienna Cafe where he serves surprising dishes made with local ingredients.
