Kavan Kuttappa runs India’s most exclusive restaurant Naru Noodle Bar. It’s exclusive not because it is expensive but because it is small. Kavan’s counter seats only eight people and seats are snapped up as soon as they go on sale. With a culinary background that includes stints at Eleven Madison Park in New York and the Olive Group in Bengaluru, Kavan’s passion for ramen emerges from his love of Japan and his skill at making the deepest, tastiest broths that has earned him a cult following.
