ABOUT
Alex Sanchez is of American origin but is Indian by adoption. He made his name at The Table in Mumbai before taking time off to travel through Italy cooking, as he recalls, with the grandmothers who make real Italian food. Despite its name, his Americano is essentially an Italian restaurant that is always packed out and always praised for the excellence of Sanchez’s cuisine.
