Anahita Dhondy made her reputation at Delhi/NCR’s Soda Water Bottlewala restaurants which had a Parsi theme and served dishes from all over Mumbai, using the city’s Irani restaurants as its model.
Since leaving that position she has carved out a place in the culinary world for herself, writing a well-reviewed cookbook and appearing on TV shows.
