Himanshu Saini is the fastest rising Indian chef in the world today. Himanshu started his career at Delhi’s Indian Accent where he was the chef Manish Mehrotra’s protégé. He then opened Mumbai’s Masala Library and helped conceptualise the menu at the first Farzi Cafe in Delhi/NCR.
His greatest success has come in Dubai with Tresind, a modern Indian restaurant, and then with Tresind Studio a smaller, more experimental venue. Tresind Studio recently appeared on the list of the Middle East’s best restaurants in third place.
