Jaydeep Patil suffers from two handicaps. Firstly, he is an exceptional wildlife photographer, so people sometimes forget what a brilliant chef he is. Secondly, he is tucked away at a resort hotel in Jaipur, so most people don’t know about his food.
But anyone who has eaten at the Oberoi Rajvilas will know what an exceptional chef he is. He cooks outstanding European food, has mastered the local cuisines of Rajasthan and specialises in Maratha food.
